Bhutanese Ngultrum (BTN) is pegged to Indian Rupee. Major hotels accept cards; carry cash for local markets and shops.
Layer clothing for varying altitudes. Bring comfortable walking shoes, rain gear, sunscreen, and modest attire for temple visits.

Elevations range from 200m to 7,500m. Acclimatization is important for treks above 3,000m. We plan accordingly.
Fly into Paro International Airport via Druk Air or Bhutan Airlines from Delhi, Bangkok, Kathmandu, or Singapore.
Spring (Mar–May) and Autumn (Sep–Nov) offer the best weather with clear skies and pleasant temperatures for travel.
A daily SDF of $100 per person applies. This fee supports free education, healthcare, and conservation efforts in Bhutan.
